South Korean military officials place the remains of 68 Chinese soldiers in coffins on Monday in Paju, Gyeonggi, while defense attaches from the Chinese Embassy in Seoul oversee the rites. It was the second time South Korea repatriated the remains of Chinese soldiers who died in the Korean War (1950-53) after excavating them on South Korean territory. In March of last year, the remains of 437 Chinese were repatriated for the first time since the war.[NEWSIS]
