Taking to the ice - Skaters enjoy an afternoon at the ice skating rink Sunday at Seoul Plaza, in front of City Hall in central Seoul. The facility, which opened on Thursday, will operate until Feb. 9. The Seoul Metropolitan Government will also operate a book cafe and snack bar. [NEWSIS]
