Lotte Card has five types of cards named “I’m,” which means “the most your-ful card.” Users are at the center of the card.

The I’m Cards analyze the consumption value and experiences of the customer through big data and provides customized discount benefits based on customer lifestyles.

There are five different types of cards. The “I’m WONDERFUL” card is for customers who have simple consumption needs, and gives a 0.7 percent discount at any affiliated stores and a 1.4 percent discount on purchases over 100,000 won ($93.24). The “I’m HEARTFUL” card’s concept is “me taking care of my family” and provides a 10 percent discount in supermarkets, organic stores, home studying materials, private institutes for education and food. The “I’m CHEERFUL” card has a “comforting me” concept and provides a 5 percent discount on all restaurants, a 30 percent discount on lunchtime coffee and further benefits for the weekend or weekdays. The “I’m JOYFUL” card is themed around “enjoying me” and provides benefits for “1conomies,” or people who like to things alone. It offers a 60 won discount per one liter of gas at gas stations on weekends and a maximum 10 percent discount for late-night restaurants and social commerce. Lastly, the “I’m GREAT” card’s theme is “wisely living me.” It provides benefits for bargain-conscious consumers, including a maximum 10 percent discount on supermarket monthly fees.

Lotte Card will launch another new type of the I’m Card within the first half of the year, and will further develop and expand the I’m series to reflect analyses of consumption and changing trends.
