SK Innovation starts offering an English-language site

SK Innovation's board chairman called for turning the coronavirus pandemic crisis into an opportunity in a letter marking the start of a English-language version SKinno News, the refiner's news website.

In the letter titled “Let Us Stick It Out Till We Get It Over!”, Kim Jong-hoon, SK Innovation chairman, said that people could take a next leap when they meet challenges.

“What I believe with my very modest knowledge of history is: Outbreaks bring changes in life, but meeting challenges with new thinking can change our history,” he noted in the letter submitted Tuesday.

SK Innovation said that it opened an English website in response to the growing interest in the company as its key products, like batteries for electric vehicles, have made headlines with their growing market sizes.
