Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas
Through Nov. 30: Before the reopening of Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas in Samseong-dong, southern Seoul, in December, the hotel announced its plan to hold its “Re-opening Early Bird Promotion” this month. The hotel will offer early bird rates to express their gratitude for guests who have waited for the reopening for 11 months. The promotion is ideal for people looking for an affordable hotel stay, where they can be the first to experience the completely refurbished rooms and enjoy the hotel’s signature luxury services, as well as shopping and cultural facilities directly connected to the hotel building.

The lavish "Re-opening Early Bird Promotion" includes an overnight stay in an elegantly furnished room fitted with state-of-the-art facilities, breakfast for two at Grand Kitchen with a revamped menu, a newly designed InterContinental Signature Teddy Bear, two movie tickets for Megabox COEX and complimentary amenities that come with macarons and house wine selected by the hotel’s head sommelier. All early bird guests will also receive a discount for the Parnas Mall located on the first underground floor of the hotel and are welcome to use the indoor pool and fitness facilities. They’ll also be treated to a festive holiday ambiance with Christmas trees and splendid lighting and ornaments around the lobby lounge and other parts of the hotel.

Those who reserve a suite during this special offer will also receive a 50,000 won ($45) voucher that can be redeemed at all restaurants inside the hotel. “Club InterContinental” is now located on the top 34th floor and is accessible to guests staying in a Club room. It offers a view of the entire Gangnam area, which is famous for its trendy charm. Club Continental also presents the hotel’s signature private services along with fine dining and drink services.

The early bird promotion can be reserved from Nov. 2 to 30 and can be used from Dec. 1 to Feb. 28. Deluxe Rooms can be reserved for 220,000 won for weekdays and 270,000 won for weekends. (Tax and service charge not included.)

After completing its 11-month remodeling, the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas will reopen on Dec. 1 as a lifestyle hotel that sets new standards in luxury. Following the 2014 remodeling of the ground-level lobby, restaurants, Grand Ballroom and other shared facilities, the hotel has now revamped the building exterior and all rooms from the seventh to 33th floors, transforming into a wholly new hotel.
