[Living Tradition] A merchant's spring

To welcome the season of spring, the National Folk Museum of Korea has refurbished its Permanent Exhibition Hall 1 and begun exhibiting what a spring day during the agricultural society of Korea looked like, especially in the lives of merchants. The exhibit displays 166 relics, including farming tools from the 19th century. A farmer's market has also been reimagined based on the map drawn by Kim Jun-geun in the late 19th century. Visitors can also see what kind of meals Korean merchants regularly made using spring greens. [NATIONAL FOLK MUSEUM OF KOREA]
