Long-running hip-hop audition show franchise "Show Me the Money" will air its 10th season in October, according to cable channel Mnet on Tuesday. The channel announced that season 10 will air its first episode on Oct. 1 at 11 p.m.

장기 흥행한 힙합 서바이벌 프로그램 “쇼미더머니” 프랜차이즈가 10월에 시즌 10으로 돌아온다고 엠넷이 7일에 밝혔다. 엠넷 측은 10월 1일 오후 11시에 시즌 10의 첫 방송을 한다고 밝혔다.

“In celebration of [the franchise’s] 10th year, there will also be various special projects on the side,” said the program’s production crew.

프로그램 제작진은 “프로그램의 10주년을 맞아 본방송 외에도 다채로운 특집 기획물들을 선보일 예정”이라고 말했다.

Rappers Gaeko, Gray, Yumdda, Code Kunst, Mino of boy band Winner, singer Zion.T and music producers Slom and Toil will serve as the “producers” of this season, who serve as judges and later mentors for contestants.

시즌 10의 프로듀서로는 개코, 그레이, 염따, 코드쿤스트, 송민호, 자이언티, 슬롬, 토일이 나온다. 이들은 지원자들의 심판과 멘토 역할을 할 예정이다.

“Show Me the Money” aired its first season in 2012 and has shot many hip-hop artists to fame, such as rappers Loco, BewhY, Basick, Nafla, Punchnello and Bobby of boy band iKON.

“쇼미더머니”는 2012년에 첫번째 시즌을 방송하였고 로코, 비와이, 베이식, 나플라, 펀치넬로, 아이돌 그룹 iKON의 바비 등 많은 힙합 아티스트들을 스타덤에 오르게 해주었다.
