Actor Kim Seon-ho returns to normality following controversy

An advertisement video on YouTube featuring Kim Seon-ho resumed on Monday after recent backlash the actor faced for pressuring his ex-girlfriend to have an abortion. [SCREEN CAPTURE]

Actor Kim Seon-ho, who has recently faced backlash for pressuring his ex-girlfriend to have an abortion, is back appearing in advertisements.

On Monday, online retailer 11th Street resumed advertisement videos on YouTube in which the actor appears. The retailer had halted all advertisements featuring Kim on its website and social media after he admitted to the accusations made by his ex-girlfriend last month. Kim issued an official apology on Oct. 20.

11th Street explained that Kim’s ex-girlfriend accepted his apology and that the advertisement was filmed before the controversy surfaced.

Kim is also set to make his film debut by starring in the upcoming film "Sad Tropics” (translated).
