American rapper Snoop Dogg announced Sunday he will collaborate with boy band BTS for a new track, according to U.S. entertainment news outlets such as Billboard.

Snoop Dogg reportedly made the collaboration official at the red carpet event for the American Song Contest, a music reality competition show hosted by the rapper.

“I make good music. They make good music,” the rapper said regarding the boy band. “And we end up doing this. This is what it’s always about, bringing our worlds together.”

In January, Snoop Dogg revealed during a podcast that he received an offer from BTS to make a collaborative track. Snoop Dogg has previously worked with K-pop girl groups Girls Generation, for the remix version of its 2011 hit “The Boys,” and 2NE1 during his Seoul concert in 2013 and singer Psy for the song “Hangover” (2014).
