Tomorrow X Together to release EP 'minisode 2: Thursday's Child'

Boy band Tomorrow X Together (TXT) will release a new EP next month.

According to its label Big Hit Music, the band will return with its latest EP “minisode 2: Thursday’s Child” on May 9.

The EP is a continuation of the band’s previous EP “minisode 1: Blue Hour,” released in October 2020, which talks about the teen members’ experiences during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The band has also been releasing music under themes of “The Dream Chapter” and “The Chaos Chapter.”

Albums under the concept of “The Chaos Chapter” in particular have seen success globally. The repackaged version of its second album “The Chaos Chapter: Fight or Escape” and the original second album “The Chaos Chapter: Freeze” were spotlighted by foreign media outlets as they were respectively listed in The 50 Best Albums of 2021 by American entertainment magazine Rolling Stone and NME, a British music, film and culture website and brand.

“TXT, which has proven its unique presence worldwide with its music, will continue to sweep the world with another EP about their growth,” the label said.

TXT debuted in March 2019 with its EP “The Dream Chapter: Star” and has five members: Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Huening Kai.
