Boy band Seventeen will perform “Darl+ing” for the first time on MTV’s “Fresh Out Live” on Friday, MTV said.

“Fresh Out Live” is a weekly pop culture show that features artists who perform in the studio and are interviewed.

It will be Seventeen’s third time on the show, following its performances of songs “Ready to love” (2021) and “Rock with you” (2021).

“Darl+ing” is the band’s first English-language digital single, which will be part of Seventeen’s fourth full-length album due in May.

According to the band’s agency Pledis Entertainment, the plus sign in the title “Darl+ing” refers to how “you and I, who are both special, unite as ‘us.’”

Seventeen debuted in 2015 with the EP "17 Carat." Seventeen is a 13-member multinational boy band best known for "Adore U" (2015), "Don't Wanna Cry" (2017) and "Ready to Love" (2021). It consists of members S.coups, Wonwoo, Mingyu, Vernon, Woozi, Jeonghan, Joshua, DK, Seungkwan, Hoshi, Jun, The8 and Dino.
