Boy band Younite made its debut in the K-pop scene on Wednesday.

“The nine-member boy band released its first EP ‘Youni-birth’ after a long time of preparations,” said the band’s agency Brandnew Music. The label is also behind boy band AB6IX.

The band consists of members Eunho, Steve, Hyunseung, Eunsang, Hyungseok, Woono, DEY, Kyungmun and Sion. Eunsang was formerly a member of boy band X1, which was formed by the 11 top finalists of Mnet’s hit audition show “Produce X 101” (2019).

The EP includes six tracks total, including the two lead tracks “1 of 9” and “Everybody.”
