Sunye [POLARIS ENTERTAINMENT]

Sunye, former member of Wonder Girls, will release a solo single called “Won’t Cry” on Sunday.

This news comes from an enigmatic music project called Exhibition Track, which is releasing an album that will have "Won't Cry" on it.

The album will be called “Exhibition Track” and no release date has been announced.

Sunye, whose real name is Min Sun-ye, debuted as a member of now-disbanded Wonder Girls in 2007. The girl group made its breakthrough in Korea with the song “Tell Me” (2007), and released hits “So Hot” (2008), “Nobody” (2008) and “Be My Baby” (2011).

Sunye left the group around 2014 after getting married and having a child.

She returned to the spotlight last year on tvN’s reality show “Mama the Idol” (2021-22), which featured former K-pop singers who became mothers.
