Netflix Korea announced the cast for its new original series “Celebrity” on Thursday. “Actors Park Gyu-young, Kang Min-hyuk, Lee Chungah, Lee Dong-gun and Jun Hyo-seong have been cast for upcoming series ‘Celebrity,’” the streaming platform said. The series revolves around the world of celebrities who are willing to do anything for fame and money.

넷플릭스 코리아는 26일 신작 ‘셀러브리티’ 캐스팅 라인업을 공개했다. 동영상 스트리밍 플랫폼은 “배우 박규영, 강민혁, 이청아, 이동건, 전효성이 ‘셀러브리티’ 캐스팅을 확정지었다”라고 밝혔다. 작품은 인기와 돈을 위해선 뭐든지 하려고 하는 치열한 셀럽들의 세계를 다룬다.

Park will portray the lead role of Seo Ah-ri, whose life is turned upside down when she enters the world of celebrities.

박규영은 셀러브리티의 세계에 발을 들이고 인생이 뒤바뀐 서아리 역을 맡는다.

Kang will portray Ah-ri’s romantic interest Han Joon-kyung, the CEO of an influential cosmetic company called Han Cosmetic. Han is workaholic who becomes attracted to Ah-ri due to her unpredictability.

강민혁은 대한민국 대표 코스메틱 기업인 한 코스메틱의 대표이사 한준경으로 분한다. 워커홀릭의 그는 우연히 만난 서아리의 예측 불가한 모습에 매력을 느끼게 된다.

Lee Chung-ah will portray Yoon Shi-hyeon, the daughter of a powerful member of the National Assembly and wife to a lawyer at one of the most powerful law firms in the country. Her life begins to change when she meets Ah-ri.

이청아는 권력을 쥐고 있는 국회의원의 딸이자 국내 굴지의 법무법인 대표 변호사의 아내인 윤시현을 연기한다. 그녀의 삶은 아리와의 만남 이후 흔들리기 시작한다.
