Seventeen's 'Face the Sun' tops Japan's Oricon chart

Seventeen’s latest full-length album “Face the Sun” (2022) topped Japan’s Oricon chart for the week of June 20, the music chart said Friday.
 
The album earned over 388,000 points from sales data provided by retail outlets in Japan.
 
“Face the Sun” also landed at No. 1 on Billboard Japan’s Artist 100 chart, Hot Albums chart and the Top Album Sales chart on Wednesday.
 
It ranked at seventh on the Billboard 200 Albums chart, its highest record ever, earlier this week as well.
 
Seventeen debuted in 2015 and consists of 13 members: S.Coups, Wonwoo, Mingyu, Vernon, Woozi, Jeonghan, Joshua, DK, Seungkwan, Hoshi, Jun, The8 and Dino. It has released songs such as “Adore U” (2015), “Don’t Wanna Cry” (2017) and “Ready to Love” (2021).
