Boy band Seventeen’s fourth full-length album “Face the Sun” ranked at seventh place on the Billboard 200 albums chart, its highest record ever, according to Billboard on Sunday.

“Face the Sun” dropped on May 27. According to Billboard, the album sold 44,000 copies in the United States: 42,000 in physical copies and 2,000 streaming equivalent albums (SEA). One-thousand-five-hundred on-demand streams are counted as one SEA, which equals one album sale.

No. 7 is the highest rank achieved by Seventeen since it debuted in 2015. Seventeen previously reached No. 15 and No. 13 with its EPs “Your Choice” and “Attacca,” both released last year.

“Face the Sun” has sold over 2.2 million copies so far, also setting a new record for the boy band. Billboard added that the album was released in seven different packages as collectibles, containing randomized merchandise such as photo cards, postcards and posters.

During a press conference for “Face the Sun” held on May 27, member Seungkwan jokingly remarked “Let’s just say it, we want to reach No. 1” regarding the new album’s Billboard chart performance.

Seventeen debuted in 2015 and consists of 13 members: S.Coups, Wonwoo, Mingyu, Vernon, Woozi, Jeonghan, Joshua, DK, Seungkwan, Hoshi, Jun, The8 and Dino.
