Boy band Seventeen will perform on the ABC late-night talk show “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on Thursday, according to Pledis Entertainment on Saturday.  
 
The boy band will perform “Hot” (2022), the lead track of its fourth full-length album “Face the Sun” (2022) which dropped in May. “Hot” is a powerful dance number with a catchy whistle riff that sings about Seventeen’s ambitions.  
 
“Face the Sun” ranked on the Billboard 200 Albums chart for seven consecutive weeks, becoming Seventeen’s longest-running album on the chart.  
 
“Jimmy Kimmel Live!” is a popular talk show hosted by American television personality and comedian Jimmy Kimmel. Seventeen previously appeared on the show in June 2021 to perform “Ready to love” (2021) the lead track of its EP “Your Choice” (2021).

Seventeen recently kicked off the North American portion of its “Seventeen World Tour [Be The Sun],” which started in Seoul in June. It will continue to tour cities in the United States and Canada: Los Angeles on Aug. 17, Houston on Aug. 20, Fort Worth on Aug. 23, Chicago on Aug. 25. Washington D.C. on Aug. 28, Atlanta on Aug. 30, Belmont Park on Sept. 1, Toronto on Sept. 3 and Newark on Sept. 6.
 
The boy band will then move its arena tour onto Asia: Jakarta on Sept. 24 and 25, Bangkok on Oct. 1 and 2, Manila on Oct. 8 and 9 and Singapore on Oct. 13. Its dome tour in Japan will start in November.
 
Seventeen debuted in 2015 and consists of 13 members: S.Coups, Wonwoo, Mingyu, Vernon, Woozi, Jeonghan, Joshua, DK, Seungkwan, Hoshi, Jun, The8 and Dino. It has released songs such as “Adore U” (2015), “Don’t Wanna Cry” (2017), “Ready to Love” and “Hot.”
