Twice's Nayeon releases 'POP!' teaser ahead of solo EP 'Im Nayeon'

Twice member Nayeon, who is preparing to debut solo, released a music video teaser of “POP!,” the lead track of her debut EP “Im Nayeon.”

In the music video teaser, Nayeon is dressed in a colorful pastel jacket in what looks like a sweets shop, surrounded by sweets of all sorts of colors. According to JYP Entertainment, the lead track “POP!” has been “carefully composed to represent Nayeon’s image as a solo artist by multiple experts like Kenzie and LDN Noise.”

“Nayeon, as a solo artist, is attempting to show this summer that she is cheeky and bubbly, ready to burst all the bubbles with her charms and music,” the label said in a statement.

There are six more songs on the EP: “No Problem (Feat. Felix of Stray Kids)," "Love Countdown (Feat. Wonstein)," "All or Nothing," "Candyfloss," "Happy Birthday to You" and "Only the Sunset is Beautiful."

The EP will drop at 2 p.m. on June 24. On the day of the release, Nayeon will hold a live showcase to meet and greet with her fans and perform “POP!” On June 25, she is planning to make an appearance on multiple entertainment programs.

Nayeon debuted in 2015 as a member of girl group Twice.
