Winner tops iTunes' Worldwide Album chart in 18 regions with 'Holiday'

Boy band Winner topped iTunes' Worldwide Album chart in 18 regions with its new EP "Holiday," according to its agency YG Entertainment on Wednesday.
 
"Holiday" proved popular in countries in Southeast Asia, Japan and the United States.
 
The EP was released on Tuesday. Its lead track "I Love U" topped the local music streaming chart Bugs. Other tracks in the EP — "10 Minutes," "Holiday," "Family," "To Home" and "Pinky Finger" — made the local music streaming platforms' live music charts as well.
 
Winner is slated to perform at Yeouido Han River Park in Yeongdeungpo District, western Seoul, on July 10. According to YG, the band will perform various songs including "I Love U" under the concert titled "Holiday in the City."
 
Of those who bought the band's new EP, 200 people will be randomly selected and invited to the concert. Passersby at the park are also welcome to watch the performance. There is no entry fee.
 
"Holiday in the City" will be streamed live on Naver NOW channel.
 
Winner debuted in 2014 with the full-length album “2014 S/S.” It has four members: Jinwoo, Seunghoon, Mino and Seungyoon. The band is known for songs like “Empty” (2014), “Baby Baby” (2016), “Really Really” (2017) and “Ah Yeah” (2019).
