Park Si-eun and Jin Tae-hyun suffer another miscarriage

Celebrity couple Park Si-eun and Jin Tae-hyun, who were counting down to seeing their baby girl in just 20 days, announced via Instagram on Friday that Park had a miscarriage.

Jin posted the news on Instagram that their baby girl’s heart suddenly stopped beating on Aug. 16 with no known reason.

“Just three weeks after, we would’ve been able to see her lovely face, but she left us just like that,” he wrote. “For the past nine months, she gave her dad and mom great hope and love. She gave everything and left us without showing her face.”

Jin said the baby girl, whom the couple had named Tae-un, received so much love from so many people.

The couple has been appearing on SBS’s reality show “Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny” and sharing their journey of being pregnant with the fans.

“I will cry a little bit more and then get my myself together for my family,” Jin said.

Actors Jin and Park got married in 2015. The couple made headlines in 2019 by adopting a 19-year-old daughter, whom the couple had been regularly visiting in an orphanage for many years.

The couple suffered two earlier miscarriages, leading to many people congratulating them when they announced early this year of their successful pregnancy and that the baby was due in September.
