Singer BoA will hold two concerts in March to celebrate the 20th anniversary of her debut with her fans in Korea.

“BoA 20th Anniversary Live – THE BoA : Musicality,” set to take place on March 11 and 12 at Olympic Hall in Songpa District, southern Seoul, is the artist's first solo concert in Korea since the Covid-19 pandemic.

“As a 20th-anniversary concert, it will be a concert that will look back on BoA’s unrivaled music history,” the agency said.

The singer's 20th anniversary was actually in 2020, but, due to the pandemic, her 20th-anniversary concert was held in Japan in 2022 and now another will be held in Korea.

BoA famously held her 15th-anniversary concert at the Sejong Center for Performing Arts, located at Jongno District, central Seoul, in a first for a popular music singer in her 20s. Performing in such halls is considered an achievement in itself, as the venues are not often open to pop music singers.

Tickets will be sold through booking website Yes24, and will be first opened to fan club members on Feb. 14, followed by sales to the general public on Feb. 16.

The March 12 concert will also be simultaneously livestreamed globally through the Beyond Live service.

BoA debuted in 2000 with "ID:PEACE B" at the age of just 13 and stormed the Asian music scene with her talented vocal and dancing skills, which she flaunted through hits such as "No. 1" (2002), "Valenti" (2002) and "Hurricane Venus" (2010).

She rewrote K-pop history by becoming one of the first successful artists to launch in the Japanese and American music market in the early 2000s.
