Boy band Super Junior to shoot a travel entertainment show in Saudi Arabia [SM ENTERTAINMENT]

Boy band Super Junior will shoot a travel entertainment show in Saudi Arabia funded by the Saudi Tourism Authority, the band's agency SM Entertainment said Wednesday.

The show, tentatively titled "Knight of the Lamp," will feature six members of Super Junior — Leeteuk, Shindong, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Ryeowook and Kyuhyun — traveling around Saudi Arabia in search of a genie's lamp that will grant them their wishes.

The details of the show, such as the release date or where it will air, have not been decided.

Super Junior is one of the most popular K-pop bands in the Middle Eastern region. In 2019, it became the first Asian act to host a solo concert in Saudi Arabia, holding a performance in Jeddah which sold out within three hours.
