Megabox screens live performances of Royal Ballet's 'Cinderella'

Megabox is screening live performances of the Royal Ballet's "Cinderella," the multiplex chain announced Friday.

The Royal Ballet, a British classical ballet company based in London, is celebrating its 75th anniversary with a brand new production of "Cinderella."

The performances are being screened as part of Megabox's "Royal Opera House Live Cinema 2022-23 Season," and screenings will continue until June 4. A total of 20 Megabox theaters, including those in Coex and Seongsu, are participating in the screening.

Megabox has been presenting a variety of classic content in partnership with WYS en Scene, a production and distribution company specializing in performance films.

Last October, Megabox and WYS en Scene produced and screened a live performance of Giacomo Puccini's "Madama Butterfly."
