The Seoul Central District Court sided with girl group Fifty Fifty's agency Attrakt, not the K-pop quartet, in a dismissal of the band's plea to have its exclusive contract with the agency nullified.

The decision comes two months after the four-member girl group filed for an injunction on their contracts with Attrakt on June 19, arguing that the members had been treated unfairly by the company.

According to Fifty Fifty, the company failed to provide sufficient data on the girl group's income, care for the members' health and give them proper support.

Attrakt, on the other hand, claimed that the girl group's producer Ahn Sung-il tried to broker a deal with Warner Music Korea without Attrakt's knowledge in an act called tampering, where artists prematurely terminate their contracts with their original agency to sign with a different one.
