Taeyeon will release a new album in November, and Riize will drop a new song in late October, their agency SM Entertainment said Friday.

"Taeyeon is currently preparing for a new album set for release in November […] it will be her first album release after a while, following her third full-length album 'INVU' which dropped February last year," SM Entertainment said in a press release summarizing the agency's plan for the fourth quarter of 2023.

SM Entertainment's plan, announced Friday, also included plans for the agency's rookie boy band Riize.

"Riize, who is seeing great popularity, will be releasing a new song at the end of October and solidify the band's position [in the industry]," the agency said.

Riize is SM Entertainment's seven-member boy band that debuted with its first single "Get A Guitar" on Sept. 4, 2023.

Other SM Entertainment artists will stay busy throughout the year. NCT 127 is currently promoting its fifth full-length album "Fact Check," which dropped on Oct. 6, while SHINee's Taemin will be returning with his fourth EP "Guilty" on Oct. 30, followed by aespa releasing the group's fourth EP "Drama" on Nov. 10, Red Velvet coming back with a full-length album in November, and TVXQ celebrating the band's 20th-year anniversary in December with a full-length album, concerts and exhibitions.

NCT's new subunit group, set to debut next year, will also be starting its predebut promotions. The band dropped its predebut single "Hands Up" on Sunday and is currently on its predebut tour around nine cities around Japan.
