BOL4 to release new EP, hold concert in December

One-person band Bolbbalgan4, also known as BOL4, is set to release a new EP “Merry Go Round” on Dec. 12, according to its agency Shofar Entertainment on Tuesday.

The agency posted a video on social media on Monday announcing the upcoming release of “Merry Go Round” and the schedule for an upcoming concert.

The new EP will be composed of winter-themed seasonal tracks and more details are to come at a later date.

BOL4 will hold its concert, also titled “Merry Go Round,” on Dec. 30 and 31 at Kyung Hee University’s Grand Peace Palace in Dongdaemun District, eastern Seoul.

BOL4’s new concert comes eight months after its last concert, “Love.zip.” Tickets for the concert will open on Dec. 4 via Ticketlink.

BOL4 debuted in 2016 with two members — vocalist An Ji-yeong and guitarist and second vocalist Woo Ji-yun. Woo left the band in 2020 and is now active as a solo singer under the stage name Odd Child. BOL4 is now a one-person band with An.
