Hana Bank has relocated its branch at Terminal 1 of Incheon International Airport with an upgraded interior and services.

The opening ceremony for the renewed branch, moved from its previous location on the first basement level to the second floor above ground, was held on Monday, attended by Hana Financial Group Chairman Ham Young-joo, Hana Bank CEO Lee Seung-lyul and Lee Hak-jae, Incheon International Airport CEO.

Hana Bank is the airport's longest partner, operating the branch since the terminal's opening in 2001.

“It is a great honor to be part of the Incheon International Airport’s journey to become the global mega hub airport as a partner of 33 years — including the 23 years so far, and 10 more years to come,” said Ham.

“Hana Bank, as Korea’s best foreign exchange bank, will do its best to provide financial services of the highest quality for passengers and staff members at the airport.”

Lee of the airport said, “it is a great pleasure to have Hana Bank here with us as Incheon International Airport celebrates its 23rd anniversary."

The bank runs another branch at Terminal 2 of the airport, where it has set up a window dedicated to cabin crew members of Korean Air Lines in conjunction with the re-opening of the Terminal 1 branch.
