Hyundai E&C is currently offering sales within Hillstate Juklim the Proud, a residential complex promising high future value.

The complex is located at 222 Jungnim-ri, Sora-myeon, Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do in Block A2 and A4 of Juklim First District.

It is situated within the urban development zone of Yeosu's Juklim First District.

According to Jeonnam Development Corporation, the Juklim First District spans approximately 986,000 square meters (10,600,000 square feet) and is planned to include residential complexes, schools, community parks, cultural facilities, commercial spaces and more.

Together with the previously completed Juklim Second District, it is envisioned to transform into a new residential town, accommodating approximately 9,000 households.

Hillstate Juklim the Proud boasts a convenient location with easy commuting access to Yeosu National Industrial Complex, where various job opportunities converge.

As of December 2023, the Yeosu National Industrial Complex houses around 300 companies, including GS Caltex, LG Chem, Lotte Chemical, Hanwha Solutions and Yeocheon NCC, with approximately 25,000 employees.

Commuting to Yulchon the first Industrial Complex, alongside Yulchon the second and third Industrial Complexes, which are currently under development, and Yeosu City Hall is also convenient.

The complex features various lifestyle infrastructures.

Residents can enjoy the commercial areas established in the Juklim Second District, with easy access to shopping and medical facilities, including Lotte Mart Yeocheon Branch, Yeocheon Chonnam Hospital and Yeosu Jeil Hospital.

Within walking distance from the complex, there are planned sites for kindergartens and elementary schools, ensuring safe commuting for young children.

According to Yeosu City Hall, Yeosu's first children's library, the Yeosu Dream Sea Children's Library, is set to open right next to the complex in 2025.

Residents can enjoy neighborhood parks such as Juklim Community Park and Juklim Reservoir.

Additionally, a sports center, selected and supported by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's Sports Facility Support Project, is scheduled to open in January 2029.

The complex is located near major roads like Provincial Road No. 22, which connects to the Suncheon Wanju Expressway, and Dowon-ro, allowing easy entry to downtown Yeosu.

Within its 3-kilometer (1.7-mile) radius lies KTX Yeocheon Station and Yeocheon Intercity Bus Terminal, further enhancing accessibility.

Hillstate Juklim the Proud plans to maximize resident satisfaction through its outstanding product design.

The complex is predominantly arranged facing southward across all apartments, allowing residents to benefit from natural sunlight.

The complex comes predominantly in medium- and large-sized units, a feature highly preferred within Yeosu city.

Being a large-scale complex with a total of two blocks, it offers exceptional community facilities.

In Block A2, there will be fitness facilities, group exercise rooms, a golf practice range, a guesthouse, study space, studio, work lounge, small library and study rooms, along with a sky lounge.

Block A4 will feature fitness facilities, group exercise rooms, a golf practice range and a book cafe.

There are also daycare centers and community childcare centers that cater to the high demand from newlyweds and parents.

Hillstate Juklim the Proud ensures ample parking spaces of 1.52 spaces per household, alleviating parking concerns.

The parking facilities are entirely underground, creating a car-free environment above ground.

Sufficient charging facilities for EVs, including fast-charging stations, have been installed.

Other advanced residential systems have been implemented.

This includes the Smartphone Key System, allowing access to the communal entrance and elevator summons via smartphone, and the Smartphone Automatic Parking Location Identification system, which finds parking spots using a smartphone app.

The Hi-oT smart home service enables control of lighting, heating and cooktop valves, and access to daily information such as parking location via a wall pad or smartphone app.

Residents will have access to the Car-to-Home service, enabling control of lighting, heating, built-in air conditioning, cooktop valves and standby power outlets from their vehicles.

A representative involved in the sales stated, “Hillstate Juklim the Proud is entering the burgeoning residential hub of Juklim, Yeosu, where residents can enjoy excellent lifestyle infrastructure and education, along with high future value expected from the development projects.

“As the complex is supplied on a public housing site, it will be subject to the price ceiling system. We expect a high level of interest from prospective buyers, as we plan to introduce products of high quality in line with the value of the Hillstate brand,” the representative said.

The model house for Hillstate Juklim the Proud is located at 1802-3 Ungcheon-dong, Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do, and move-in is scheduled for April 2027.
