The Defender 90 P400 X continues Land Rover’s 76-year-long legacy, reimagined as an unparalleled 21st-century Defender for on- and off-roading.

The model was newly introduced to the lineup this year, showcasing the exclusivity of a high-performance vehicle through the successful blending of power and dynamic capabilities.

The Defender 90 P400 X is a high-performance model with superior off-road technology, powered by the I6 Ingenium gasoline engine.

With a maximum capacity of 400PS and a torque of up to 56.1 kilogram-meters (405.8 pound-feet), the vehicle can accelerate from zero to 100 kilometers per hour in just 6 seconds, all while enhancing engine efficiency and reducing exhaust gas emissions through its Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle system.

Equipped with the latest engine technology such as the twin-scroll turbocharger and continuously variable valve, the Defender demonstrates its refined and robust driving capabilities.

The Defender 90 P400 X excels in all terrains, thanks to its Terrain Response 2 system, which enables drivers to set their preferred off-road modes.

It also has features to give drivers confidence behind the wheel, such as the Electric Air Suspension to control the vehicle’s height and the Electric Active Rear Locking Differential, which guarantees optimal traction control even in the most extreme situations.

Drivers are sure to enjoy sharp handling and strong performance from the Adaptive Dynamics that work in sync with the Electric Air Suspension system.

The Adaptive Dynamics provide stable driving and outstanding riding comfort on any road by monitoring the car body’s movement up to 500 times per second and instantly optimizing the Continuously Variable Damper.

The Defender 90 P400 X’s striking silhouette faithfully embodies the heritage of the original Defender.

It boasts the best off-road geometry with an approach angle of 37.5 degrees and a departure angle of 40 degrees.

The vehicle’s distinctive resilience is accentuated by the gloss black color applied to the roof, bonnet and cladding, complemented by a starlight satin finish.

The all new Defender comes with the next generation infotainment system, PIVI Pro, as standard.

The system is equipped with the TMAP navigation system.

The 11.4-inch touchscreen possesses outstanding connectivity, allowing access to 90 percent full functionality with just two touches and providing high convenience with intuitive and user-friendly configuration.

Additionally, the vehicle enables remote updates of individual modules such as the engine, brakes and power steering without the need to visit a service center.
