Jeonbuk National University (JBNU) announced Wednesday that it has opened the JBNU International Lounge for students.

The JBNU International Lounge opened at the university's former New Silk Road Center building, which also changed its name to the JBNU International Center on Wednesday.

The university renovated the building's lobby and office space on the first floor to build the JBNU International Lounge, a 920 square meter (9,902 square feet) venue. The lounge is divided into a study space, a casual area where students can talk and a library area.
