Incheon is world's first airport to win top ACI honor for three years running

Incheon International Airport became the world's first airport to receive the ACI's highest level of passenger experience accreditation for three years in a row on Wednesday. The corporation also brought home the Airport Service Quality prizes for Best Airport and Most Enjoyable Airport.
The ACI's customer experience accreditation program assesses airports' customer service and innovation.
