The event, co-hosted by the city and Busan Bank, features recruitment, job consulting, seminars and other programs showcasing more than 200 companies in tourism, IT, shipbuilding and automobiles. A section targeting older job seeker is also included.

The city will pay companies who hire regular employees through the job fair 1 million won ($725) per hire that remains with them for six months, with a maximum of five hires per firm.
