Exo will hold show without Kris
Boy band Exo will hold their upcoming concert without 12th member Kris, according to the group’s agency SM Entertainment yesterday.Kris filed a lawsuit on May 15 to nullify his contract.
“Only 11 members will perform at Exo’s concert scheduled for May 23 to 25 at Olympic Gymnasium Arena,” said the agency through a post uploaded on the agency’s official homepage yesterday.
The post also included a video of the group’s 11 members’ individual greetings showing excitement about their upcoming concert.
“We hope that our fans and us can become one through this concert,” said Lay. Chan-yeol said, “We heard that since the tickets were all sold, there are people who cannot come to the show. We feel very sorry and hope that we can meet next time.”
At the end of the video, the members of Exo shouted “We are one.”
Meanwhile, Kris is reportedly out of a contact right now and “will not take part in the concert,” said the agency to local news outlets.
