Park Seung-hi, an Olympic short track champion who switched to speed skating in October, competes Wednesday at the 96th National Winter Sports Festival. She finished the 500-meter race in 40.6 seconds to win the silver medal. With world record holder and two-time Olympic champion Lee Sang-hwa absent, Lee Bo-ra won the race at 40.34 seconds.
