Bad to worse: Kang caught drunk driving

Jeju United forward Kang Soo-il, who is currently suspended for doping, was caught driving drunk on Monday.
According to the Uijeongbu Police Station, Kang, 28, crashed his car into a taxi earlier Monday morning. The police said his blood alcohol level was .110 percent, enough to have his driver’s license revoked.
Kang first claimed his friend, also in the car, was the driver but later admitted to being behind the wheel during the crash, police said.
He was dropped from the national squad in June after he tested positive for banned substances in the K-League doping test. He later received a 15-game suspension from the league and was handed a separate six-month ban from playing by the Korea Football Association.
