Andaz Seoul Gangnam
Oct. 8: Andaz Seoul Gangnam, a lifestyle hotel brand of Hyatt International located near Apgujeong Station, southern Seoul, will launch a special Lucky Room Voucher offer for 100 guests, worth a maximum of 12,000,000 won ($10,400), in celebration of its first anniversary.
 
The Lucky Room Voucher includes accommodations for one night in a randomly assigned room, which means you could end up in a standard room or the top suite, the Gangnam Penthouse. The voucher includes breakfast for two at Jogakbo restaurant, the Andaz Seoul Gangnam signature scent gift box and access to the indoor pool. Also included with each voucher, guests will receive complimentary valet parking, a bottle of premium wine, complimentary access to the sauna, late checkout service, discounts on F&B and more, valued between 400,000 won and 12,000,000 won. 
 
The voucher costs 250,000 won including 10 percent tax and is available for purchase starting at 10 a.m. on Oct. 8, 2020. The maximum number of vouchers available for purchase per person is limited to five, and they will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. The voucher is valid until Dec. 30, 2021.
 
In particular, the voucher offers the public a chance to stay in the rarely available Andaz Seoul Gangnam hospitality suite, “Gangnam Penthouse,” which is equipped with an outdoor terrace, a luxurious bedroom and living room, a multi-room and bathroom. Also, the Andaz Seoul Gangnam signature scent gift box, which has not been for sale since the hotel's grand opening, will be released as a gift for the first time.

Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas
Through Nov. 29: The Lobby Lounge located on the first floor of Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas in Samseong-dong, southern Seoul, presents weekend brunch prepared using autumn’s most notable seasonal ingredients, including humpback prawn, scallop and fig. Being an iconic space for the hotel, The Lobby Lounge offers a private and comfortable brunch experience thanks to the high ceiling and wide spacing between tables in consideration of social distancing.
 
Beginning with apple lime kombucha as a welcome drink, the brunch is presented as a six-course French cuisine dining experience that comes with a scallop-featuring appetizer, French-style pastry and truffle mushroom soup, seasonal autumn fruit salad prepared with apple, chestnut and walnut, roasted humpback shrimp and beef tenderloin, fig pavlova and pomegranate sorbet. The brunch can be paired with eco-friendly Champagne "Drappier Blanc", made using an ecological method that involves minimal sulfur dioxide, at a reduced rate.
 
The autumn brunch menu of The Lobby Lounge is available until Nov. 29 on the weekends from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at 79,000 won per person. (Tax and service charge included).

Park Hyatt Seoul  
Through Dec. 6: The Lounge, the luxury destination on the 24th floor of Park Hyatt Seoul in the heart of Gangnam District, southern Seoul, presents Chocolate & Nespresso Afternoon Tea, an afternoon escape of pure indulgence. Curated in collaboration with premium coffee brand Nespresso, the afternoon tea features a variety of savory dishes and desserts crafted to perfectly complement coffee. 
 
Special highlights include chocolates shaped like Nespresso’s iconic capsules, and a coffee cocktail infused with rich coffee aromas. The Chocolate & Nespresso Afternoon Tea promotion is available until Dec. 6, served daily from 12 p.m. until 5:30 p.m., and priced at 48,000 won per person (including tax; no service charge applies; minimum order: two people).  
 
 
An inspired selection of dessert items offers the perfect accompaniment to coffee. The Irish coffee slice features melt-in-the-mouth sponge cake topped with layer upon layer of hazelnut chocolate and vanilla cream; while the pineapple tart celebrates the iconic tropical fruit’s irresistible combination of sweet and sour aromas; the green tea & pistachio biscuit sandwich brings together green tea and pistachio, topped with a layer of calamansi cream.
 
Other highlights include Earl Grey choux, a sublime combination of Earl Grey tea and chocolate aromas; coffee chestnut cake, a sweet chestnut cake topped with coffee cream; handmade scones; and fresh seasonal fruit. Nespresso capsule-shaped chocolates are presented in actual capsule boxes, creating a unique aesthetic effect. Meanwhile, floor-to-ceiling glass windows usher in captivating autumn views, completing the perfect picture of a relaxing afternoon escape.
 
The beverage menu features a choice of premium teas including buckwheat tea, yielding a rich yet clean flavor evoking the aromas of autumn; green tea; and jaeksal tea; coffees; and sparkling wine, while the coffee cocktail is infused with rich coffee aromas, adding a further layer of luxury. All afternoon tea items are subject to change according to daily availability of ingredients.
