Autumn has fallen in Nami Island, located on the boundary of Gapyeong, Gyeonggi and Chuncheon, Gangwon which is about a one-hour drive away from Seoul. The island whose perimeter is about 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) is perfect for those who want to take a slow walk around the trees covered in colorful leaves. A package is also available offering a cruise on the water as well as dinner around sunset. It is 40,000 won for adults and 21,000 won for children. It is also possible to enjoy the cruise without dinner. Every Saturday, the island also offers a barbecue party under the stars. The starry night barbecue is offered only when the sky is clear.
