Oh Young-soo from 'Squid Game' to appear on 'Hangout with Yoo'

Actor Oh Young-soo, who starred in the hit Netflix series “Squid Game,” will appear on MBC’s “Hangout with Yoo," according to the channel on Thursday.

Oh will be a special guest and is set to have an interview with the show’s host and television personality Yoo Jae-suk. The date of airing has not been released.

Oh played the role of Oh Il-nam, an elderly contestant in “Squid Game," which is achieving international success.

Oh debuted in 1963 as a member of a theater troupe and has mainly been active in plays. He also appeared in films and TV series, such as “Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter... and Spring” (2003) and “The Great Queen Seondeok” (2009).
