Girl group Oh My Girl member Binnie is ditching her stage name and beginning a new career using her real name Bae Yu-bin. Her stage name will be now be Yubin. 
 
Bae’s agency WM Entertainment announced Wednesday that Bae will no longer use her stage name Binnie and focus on various areas in the entertainment industry. Prior to making a debut as a girl group member, she was a child actor in 2013 and has appeared in several web dramas since 2020.
 
Oh My Girl debuted in 2015 as an eight-member girl group. However, in 2017, JinE left the group due to health issues.  
 
Though the girl group has not been as active as in its early years, Oh My Girl is still a girl group. Its latest release was a digital single “Shark,” which dropped on Dec. 23. Its hit songs include “Cupid” (2015), “Windy Day” (2016), “Remember Me” (2018) and “Banana Allergy Monkey” (2018).
