Ateez member San, whose legal name is Choi San, tested positive for Covid-19 after returning to Korea from the boy band’s world tour, according to KQ Entertainment on Tuesday.

“Choi had received a negative PCR test result in the U.S. prior to arriving in Korea on Saturday,” said the agency in a statement.

“Upon his arrival, Choi took another PCR test in accordance with the country’s social distancing guidelines. The result came out positive on Monday.”

The agency added that all the members of Ateez have been vaccinated twice and that members Song Min-gi, Jeong Yun-ho and Wooyoung who traveled with Choi have gone into self-quarantine.

Choi currently does not have any symptoms.
