Girl group Red Velvet canceled its upcoming concert after members Irene, Joy and Yeri tested positive for Covid-19, according to SM Entertainment on Monday.
 
“Red Velvet’s Irene, Joy and Yeri recently took a self-test which came back positive, then a PCR test which also came back positive over the weekend,” the agency said. “The three members have received two doses of vaccines and are recovering at home without any particular symptoms. [Other members] Seulgi and Wendy tested negative.”  
 
The girl group’s concert “2022 The ReVe Festival: Prologue,” which was scheduled for March 19 and 20, has been postponed indefinitely. All tickets will be refunded, and when or whether the concert will take place will be announced in the future.  
 
Red Velvet’s upcoming EP “'The ReVe Festival 2022 - Feel My Rhythm” will drop on March 21 as planned.
 
On the same day, Arin of Oh My Girl also tested positive for the coronavirus after a self-test and PCR test. The girl group member has received two doses of a vaccine. She has canceled all her schedules and is recovering.
