KBS's “Music Bank” will have live audiences from its May 6 show, the broadcasting station announced Thursday.

“Audience members will be able to attend 'Music Bank' recordings starting from the program's upcoming broadcast on May 6. Applications to attend this recording will open on at 9 a.m. on April 28. The first 18 applicants will be selected to attend the recording,” the station said on its website.

“Music Bank,” like many of the shows with audiences such as SBS's “Inkigayo,” has been recording in empty auditoriums since January 2020 to abide by the government’s social distancing measures amid the coronavirus pandemic.

For tonight’s “Music Bank” starting at 5 p.m., K-pop acts like BAE173, Cravity, D-Crunch, IVE, Just B, Epex, Nine i, Younite, DKZ, Ghost9, ILY:1, Purple Kiss and Jung Mo are set to appear.
