This year’s Asia Artist Awards (AAA) will be held in Japan on Dec. 13, its organizer and local media news outlet Star News confirmed Friday.

“2022 Asia Artist Awards In Japan” will be hosted by Super Junior’s Leeteuk and IVE’s Wonyoung. It will be Leeteuk’s seventh consecutive year to host the ceremony.

The AAA is an annual awards ceremony that recognizes Asian actors and artists for their contributions to television, film and music.

Last year, the event took place at the KBS Arena Hall in western Seoul but was streamed online due to social distancing regulations.

This year will be the first time in three years that the event is being held offline.
