Covid cases reach 76,402 on Wednesday

New confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Korea reached 76,402 on Wednesday morning, the highest number for a Wednesday in 12 weeks.
The daily number of confirmed cases has been steeply rising this week, with the average number in the past seven days recording 47,993.
Twelve deaths were recorded and a total of 96 people are in a severe condition. An accumulated total of 18,937,971 people have been confirmed with Covid-19 in Korea.
