Popular Japanese series “Unnatural” (2018) will have a Korean remake, according to content production company Big Wave Entertainment and entertainment company NeoStory on Monday.
 
“Unnatural” aired on Japanese television channel TBS in 2018 and centers around a forensic pathologist who searches for the truth behind people who suffer unnatural deaths. It was written by screenwriter Akiko Nogi who is also behind the hit Japanese series “The Full-Time Wife Escapist" (2016). Actor Satomi Ishihara took on the role of the forensic pathologist.  
 
Exact details on the production schedule or the Korean cast have not been confirmed. It is unknown which channel or platform the Korean version of “Unnatural” will air on.
