Singer Wonho will meet with his fans one last time before starting his mandatory military service.
Wonho’s label Highline Entertainment announced Wednesday that Wonho will hold a concert on Dec. 3, two days before he begins his service. Wonho will be serving the country as a public service worker.
The concert titled “Everyday Christmas” will be held twice at 2 p.m. and at 7 p.m. at Sungshin Women’s University WoonJung Green Campus' Auditorium in central Seoul.
The label also released the poster for Wonho’s upcoming concert. In the poster, Wonho is stretching out his hand in a gesture of invitation. He is wearing a patterned Christmassy scarf.
Tickets will go on sale at 2 p.m. on Nov. 25 through Melon Ticket for fan club members and at 2 p.m. on Nov. 28 for the general public.
Wonho debuted in May 2015 as a member of boy band Monsta X with the EP “Trespass.” The band was formed through Starship Entertainment and Mnet’s music survival show “No.Mercy” (2014-15). In 2020, Wonho signed with Highline Entertainment, a subsidiary of Starship. Since then, he has released EPs “Love Synonym Pt. 1: Right for Me” (2020), “Love Synonym Pt. 2: Right for Us” (2021), “Blue Letter” (2021), “Obsession” (2022) and his latest, “Façade” (2022).
