Heize has ruptured her left knee ligament and has a minor fracture, her agency P Nation said Friday.

In a statement, the agency said that the injury happened while Heize was in the middle of practice on Wednesday.

She immediately went to the hospital to get treated, and although she is fine to walk and move around, she has to wear a cast for the time being.

The agency said all her upcoming schedules, in particular her concerts titled “Heize City,” which are set for Busan on Dec. 24 and Daegu on Dec. 31, will go ahead.

“However, due to her cast she will be unable to do some of the choreography moves during the concert,” P Nation said. “We ask for your understanding.”

“Heize City” started in Seoul earlier this month at the Samsung Hall in Ewha Womans University in western Seoul.

Heize debuted in 2014 with her EP "Heize." She rose to popularity after appearing on the second season of Mnet's rapping competition program "Unpretty Rapstar" in 2015. She is best known for the songs “You, Clouds, Rain,” “Don’t Know You,” “Star” (2017), “Jenga” (2018) and “Falling Leaves are Beautiful” (2019).
