Hanwha Eagles pitcher Moon Dong-ju pitches against the Kia Tigers during a KBO game at Gwangku-Kia Champions Field on Wednesday. Moon, a 19-year-old sophomore pitcher, threw a 160.1 kilometer per hour (99.48 mile per hour) fastball during the game, becoming the first Korean pitcher ever to break the 160 kilometer per hour mark in the KBO since tracking began in 2011. He is the third pitcher ever to top one 160 in the league, after Radhames Liz in 2012 and Fabio Castillo in 2016. [YONHAP]
