Second-generation K-pop boy band UKISS will release new music on June 28, according to Tango Music on Thursday.
The new album titled “Play List” is the band’s first release in five and a half years.
UKISS released a teaser image on Wednesday via its social media, which shows a silhouette of six members.
Although the only official members of the band are currently Soohyun, Hoon and Kiseop, the boy band will come back this time as a group of six. UKISS was a six–member band at the time of its debut in 2008 and has undergone multiple changes in membership. It has not been officially announced which three past members are part of this new release.
UKISS is part of the so-called second generation of K-pop idols, debuting in in the late 2000s and helping to propel Hallyu as they gained popularity abroad.
The group will hold a concert next month in Tokyo and Osaka to celebrate its 15th anniversary.
