Boy band VAV will embark on a Latin America tour, visiting Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Uruguay and Brazil starting Sept. 15.
Titled “VAV Subconscious Latin America Tour 2023,” the upcoming Latin America tour marks the boy band’s third tour in the region.
VAV will kick off the tour after finishing promotions for its latest album, “Subconscious,” released Monday, starting with a performance in Mexico City on Sept. 15, followed by performances in Bogota, Colombia, on Sept. 17, Santiago on Sept. 19, Montevideo on Sept. 21 and on Sao Paulo on Sept. 23, according to the boy band’s agency A Team Entertainment.
VAV earned popularity in the Latin American region after focusing on its market, releasing tracks in the Latin pop genre. Their most recent lead track, “Designer,” was the band’s third attempt in the genre.
“Latin pop is exciting and upbeat, just like us, which is why I think Latin pop really suits VAV,” member Ace said during a media showcase on Monday.
VAV is a six-member boy band that debuted in 2016. The boy band returned with its seventh EP “Subconscious” on Monday after almost a three-year-long break.
